Well, simply put, the word “monochromatic” breaks down into two pieces: “mono” meaning single and “chromatic” meaning color. So a monochromatic outfit would consist of pieces of one color.
Why is this trend still popular in 2018? Because it's fun and EASY!! It can definitely be different shades and tints of the same color.
