Shipping, Returns & Pick Ups
If you choose the 'FREE PICK UP' option at our showroom located in Montreal, when your order is ready, you will receive a text to plan your pick up day & time. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.
Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject “Return”, your order number, and why you’re unhappy with your purchase. If it is after 7 days of receiving your item, your return/store credit will not be honored. It is recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier so that it can be tracked. LauriEva is not responsible for packages that are not received and can not be tracked.
All items on sale are final sale and can not be returned for a store credit, no exceptions.
If your item is damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Damaged Item”, your order number, and how your item is damaged within 3 days of receiving your item.

Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. LauriEva is no longer responsible for a package after it is shipped and the tracking number has been provided.
All international customers are responsible for paying any custom fees associated with your purchase.
