Shipping, Returns & Pick Ups


PICK UPS

If you choose the 'FREE PICK UP' option at our showroom located in Montreal, when your order is ready, you will receive a text to plan your pick up day & time. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

 

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery date.

Please send an email to info@laurivea.com with the subject “Return”, your order number, and why you’re unhappy with your purchase. If it is after 7 days of receiving your item, your return/store credit will not be honored. It is recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier so that it can be tracked. LauriEva is not responsible for packages that are not received and can not be tracked. 

 

If your item is damaged, please send an email to info@laurieva.com with the subject “Damaged Item”, your order number, and how your item is damaged within 3 days of receiving your item. 

By making a purchase on www.LauriEva.com you agree to this return policy. 

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. 
All items must be returned in original condition (including return post card, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
We do not accept returns on bodysuits, waistbeads, jewelry and any used products.  All items on sale or clearance are final sale and can not be returned for a store credit, no exceptions. 
 
 
SHIPPING

Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. LauriEva is no longer responsible for a package after it is shipped and the tracking number has been provided.

All international customers are responsible for paying any custom fees associated with your purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be absorbed by us if there is an error with the order. Our main carrier is Canada Post. 
 
REFUNDS

We unfortunately do not offer refunds.

 
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges.
We will gladly issue you a store credit once we've received your return, please allow 1-2 business to process your return and issue the store credit.
Store credits never expires.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on clearance items (sale).

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our prices can change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
